TIIS was established in 2015 as part of the vision and journey of its major shareholders to build a unique education platform. The TIIS ‘platform’ provides an opportunity for students to not only develop career ready skills and competencies but also the attributes that will enhance their life experiences as active contributing citizens. The academic and professional staff will lay the foundations and share that journey with all its students.

In developing its programs, TIIS has leveraged the substantial experience of its professional and academic staff to bring its Master of Professional Accounting and Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting courses to fruition. In 2017, TIIS was formally accredited by the Australian Government’s Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). In 2018 the TIIS MPA was accredited with CPA (Australia), Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
